Sean Gagne has been an employee of Flint Audio Video since November of 2003, starting as a part-time employee in the store, occasionally jumping into a truck to be a set of hands during an installation. Over the past twenty years, Sean has filled many roles at Flint, from managing the sales floor or setting up a pair of headphones for a client, to being a manager and one of the lead-technicians of the road crew installing and programming complete systems in homes worth millions of dollars. Sean Gagne also has a unique understanding of the workings of Flint, not just from his expansive work experience within Flint itself, but as he is one of the past owner’s sons, Flint has been an integral part of his everyday life since he was born. Stepping into the family business was an easy choice, but making a place for himself, earning the trust of thousands of clients, and numerous other employees over the last two decades, is proof of the commitment and effort Sean has dedicated to his family’s business.

Sean Gagne and Sean Rowe are both committed to making Flint Audio Video the best it can be, both in the view of their clients and their employees. While moving into the position of co-ownership of the already established and profitable business, both Sean’s have a shared vision for improving on the existing success story that is Flint. Sean Rowe has been an employee of Flint Audio Video since May of 2016, and hit the ground sprinting as a member of the installation team. Coming to Flint fresh from nearly three years working as an in-home technician for DirecTV – and an additional decade of experience in the customer service industry before – Sean Rowe brings a level of dedication and workmanship that has become a backbone of the business. His ability to manage his time, resources, and fellow employees on any jobsite has time and again proven to be an invaluable part of the equation that moves Flint forward. From walking an empty lot with a client and a set of plans to the tutorial on a completed system, Sean Rowe has proven his cleverness, patience, and expertise throughout his tenure. Sean Rowe also demonstrates a continuing ability to improve upon what has been given to him, constantly catering to the ever-changing needs of a client, while also increasing a bottom line of every project he is involved.
